If your order is placed before 18:00 on weekdays, we will deliver the goods within 1 day.Free delivery applies to a basket of goods over € 60.

Delivery information

For your convenience, TANUKO.LT offers several delivery methods:
- Home delivery is by DPD courier service.
- Delivery to post offices is possible by DPD, OMNIVA, LP Express courier services.

1. Choose the most convenient delivery method for your order.
2. After payment, you will receive an email notification that your order has been processed.
3. Once your parcel has been handed over to the couriers, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

4. If you choose to pick up the goods in Kaunas branch, you will receive an automatic email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Return conditions

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of goods concluded with TANUKO.LT online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the product to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of goods.
  • You can only exchange or return a quality product within 14 days if the packaging is intact.
  • Quality goods that have been used cannot be returned.
  • The period for returning the goods starts from the date of delivery to the buyer.
  • The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer if the goods are returned through no fault of the Seller. The Seller shall bear the costs of returning the goods if the Buyer has been delivered goods of poor quality. The quality of the goods shall be audited internally by Biokobi International UAB.
  • If the returned goods meet the requirements of the Return Policy, the money for the returned goods will be credited to your bank account no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. If your returned goods do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy, no refund will be issued.
  • Defective goods can be returned to the seller immediately by informing him of the receipt of the goods and their unfitness for consumption at info@tanuko.lt
  • Where the reason for returning the goods is that the goods are of unsatisfactory quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the unsatisfactory quality goods with goods of satisfactory quality at its own expense or to refund the money paid for the goods and to cover the costs of delivery and/or return.

Conditions for the exchange of goods

  • Replacement of quality goods may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
  • If you wish to exchange a quality product for another, the buyer shall bear the cost of returning and re-delivering the product to the buyer.
  • Quality goods can be exchanged free of charge at the collection point at Paukščių Tako g. 68, Vilnius, 12189.

Yes, we deliver all items available at www.tanuko.lt within 1 day if the order is placed before 15:00 on weekdays.
