RULES ON THE PURCHASE OF GOODS

  1. General provisions.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other matters relating to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store tanuko.lt related provisions.

1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions, and clicked on the "Pay" button.

  1. Personal data protection.

2.1. when ordering goods from the online shop tanuko.lt, the buyer must provide the details requested at the time of registration: name, surname, address, telephone number and email address.

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing correct details at the time of registration.

2.3 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him/her for the purposes of the execution of the order. The Buyer also consents to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which are necessary for the execution of the order.

2.4 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself/herself expresses his/her consent by filling in the registration form.

2.5 By registering in the online shop and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to protect and not to disclose his/her login data to tanuko.lt to anyone.

2.6 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State authority in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or by the Buyer's separate written consent.

  1. Rights and obligations of the buyer.

3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay to the Seller the agreed amount for the goods ordered and to accept them.

3.2 Provide full, complete and correct information on the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, tanuko.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.

3.2 In the event of a change in the Buyer's details provided on the registration form, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.3 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods in accordance with the provisions set out in Clause 8 hereof.

3.4 By placing an order in the online store tanuko.lt, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store tanuko.lt.

4.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Online Shop or breaches its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the Online Shop immediately and without notice.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with respect to the Buyer's personal information contained in the registration form and not to disclose it to third parties.

4.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.5 The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.6 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

4.7 If the Buyer does not use the Online Shop for a long period of time, his/her login account may be cancelled.

4.8 If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by tanuko.lt after the changes to these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Ordering, prices, payment procedures, deadlines.

5.1 The Online Shop is open for online purchases 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

5.2 Orders are accepted only through the Online Shop tanuko.lt.

5.4 All prices of goods in the online shop are quoted in euros, including VAT

5.4 The Buyer may:

5.4.1. cash on delivery - the Buyer shall pay for the Goods at the time of delivery (handover - acceptance)

5.4.2 Payment by bank transfer - is a prepayment where the Buyer, after printing the order and going to the nearest bank branch, or simply using the online banking system, transfers the money by BankLink to one of the tanuko.lt bank accounts.

  1. Delivery.

6.1 The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.

6.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3 The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer using the services of DHL Lietuva, UAB.

6.4 The Goods shall be dispatched to the Buyer on the next working day following confirmation of payment.

6.5 Goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-2 working days.

6.6 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7 The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of goods, or if the consignment is not complete.

6.8 The Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and/or item(s) by email.

6.9 If the goods are returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or inaccurate address or if the goods are returned to the Seller without having been collected from the post office within the maximum retention period, the Buyer must pay the Seller the cost of re-shipment and, if the goods have been returned from the post office or by courier, the Seller must pay for the cost of return. If the Buyer refuses to accept the re-shipment (i.e. if the Buyer requests a refund), the money for the re-shipment shall not be refunded to the Buyer.

  1. Product quality, guarantees.

7.1 All details of the goods sold in the online store tanuko.lt shall be specified in the description of each product.

7.2 The quantities of goods displayed in the Shop in the photographs do not always relate to the price of the goods - goods may be displayed at more than one price per item. The units of measurement are indicated in the description of the product. The colour of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.

7.3 The Seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the description of the goods.

  1. Returns and exchanges.

8.1 Returns shall be made in accordance with the provisions of 29 June 2001. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania "On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".

8.2 The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered consignment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.

8.3 The cost of returning quality goods for refund or replacement shall be borne by the Buyer.

8.4 In order to return the item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or a video of the goods and/or parcel describing the problem and filling in the special form "Return of Goods".

8.5 The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received them, and must not have lost their original appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). When returning the product, you must provide a paper (printed) proof of purchase (copy of the order, purchase order).

8.6 In the event of a return of a quality product, the Buyer shall be refunded only the amount of money paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

8.7 In the event of a return of the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace the product with the correct product. In the event that the required item is not available, the Buyer shall receive a full refund (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred).

8.8 Where a faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty product with an equivalent product or to refund the Buyer's money.

8.9 To return the defective product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or a video of the defective goods and/or parcel describing the problem and filling in the special form for exchange - return of goods on the website "Return of Goods".

8.10.The returned faulty goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must be in good condition in terms of their appearance (intact labels, protective film, etc.). When returning the product, a paper (printed) proof of purchase must be presented.

8.11.The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedures set out in Clauses 8.4-8.5, 8.9-8.10 of these Terms and Conditions.

8.12. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be refunded.

8.13. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded together with the applicable discount.

  1. Marketing and information.

9.1.  tanuko.lt may organise various promotions and offers.

9.2 The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally, without prior notice, modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including cancellation. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Shares shall be effective from the time of the modification or cancellation.

9.3 The Seller shall send notifications to the Buyer to the email address specified in the Buyer's registration form.

9.4 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the Seller's contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the e-shop.

9.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the internet connection, the networks of the email service providers, messages falling into the SPAM category or due to incorrectly provided data by the Buyer.

9.6 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions set out in Clause 2.4 of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Final provisions.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2 These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreements arising out of the operation of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
